BREATH/BODY/MIND

In this 3-in-1 class, we will explore Pranayama, Asana and Meditation to deepen your understanding and experience with regular meditation. This one-hour class includes at least 10 minutes of meditation in every session, preceded by breath training and poses to prepare the body and mind for stillness.  This all-levels class supports both the beginner and the advanced practitioner.
