Meditative Yoga via Decatur Yoga Zoom

Meditative Yoga includes Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation. Each week we will experience different breath techniques and move through gentle poses to prepare the body and mind for stillness. We will explore different types of meditation including mindfulness and guided imagery. This all-levels class supports both the beginner and the advanced practitioner.

No class over the Winter break – 12/20-1/1.  Classes resume 01/02/2020.
